1. Nature of the service

RenoKaki is a matching service for interior design and renovation firms. We are not a design firm or contractor and do not carry out any design or renovation work.

2. Homeowners

• The service is free for homeowners, with no obligation to sign with any firm introduced.
• You must provide true and accurate information.
• Budget estimates on the site are rough guides only and are not a quotation or commitment.

3. Partner firms

• Partners must provide genuine company information and hold the registrations and licences required to operate lawfully.
• Homeowner data may be used only to contact and quote for that case — never resold, transferred or used for other marketing.
• Partners must not harass homeowners, give false information or solicit improperly. We may suspend or end the partnership for breaches.
• Partners unlock cases with prepaid credits (1 credit = RM1). Credits are valid for 24 months and cannot be exchanged for cash; invalid leads may be refunded in credits within 7 days of unlocking. Any price changes will be announced in advance.

4. Agreements between parties

Negotiation, quotation, contract, payment, works and warranty are agreed and handled solely between the homeowner and the firm. RenoKaki is not a party to any contract. In a dispute we may help clarify the situation but accept no liability for compensation or guarantees.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RenoKaki is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this website or the services of any firm introduced.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
