Joining
What is RenoKaki?
A matching platform for homeowners in KL and Selangor. Homeowners describe their renovation; we introduce up to 3 suitable firms.
How do I join?
Fill in the partner application with your SSM number and a portfolio link. We review within 3 working days and contact you on WhatsApp.
Is there a fee?
Joining and your company page are free. You spend credits only on cases you choose to unlock. The first 30 founding partners get 200 free credits when approved.
What are the Founding Partner perks?
The first 30 approved firms get a free company page, the RenoKaki Verified Partner badge, a feature article on our blog, and Xiaohongshu & Instagram promotion (at least one individual feature a month plus themed round-ups). No setup fee, and credits stay valid for 24 months.
What does the Verified Partner badge mean?
It shows your firm has passed our checks on SSM registration and past work. You can use it on your website, social media and name cards while you remain an approved partner.
Is there a "Customer's Choice" award?
Not yet. We plan to introduce a RenoKaki Customer's Choice award based on real homeowner ratings, for example 4.5 stars or above with at least 5 reviews in a year. It will be earned, not given on joining.
Can I update my company page?
Yes. Log in to the partner dashboard to edit your details, logo, cover and project photos any time.
Cases
How do I receive cases?
We email you when a case matches your areas and budget. In the partner dashboard you see the brief — area, property, size, budget, scope, style and start date — without the homeowner's contact.
How do I take a case?
Click "Unlock" in the dashboard. The credits are deducted and you immediately see the homeowner's name, WhatsApp and email. Not a fit? Decline it at no cost.
How many firms get each case?
At most 3. Once 3 firms take a case it closes.
Are homeowners real?
Homeowners confirm their request by WhatsApp before we send it out, and we check details before matching.
Credits & support
How do credits work?
Top up online by FPX or card (1 credit = RM1). Each case needs credits based on the homeowner's budget, shown before you unlock. Credits are valid for 24 months.
What if a case is invalid?
Click "Request refund" in the case within 7 days. If the number is wrong, the request is fake or outside our area, we return the credits.
